Please be aware that CYAN Network Security is NOT responsible for driver compatibility, virtualization technology-specific or any other software or hardware related issues on those virtual engines, at which point you must contact your virtualization, hardware or software vendor directly for assistance. Your virtual machine has to support Ubuntu 10.04/12.04 32bit/64bit and has to provide applicable drivers. Some of the known issues can be found in the knowledge base in our member area.
