A Yes we like the idea of protecting users of harmful and inappropriate content but to leave it to their responsibility if the content is requested or not. If this is desired the Soft Use Policy can be used for any user/group or ip/range. The Soft Use Policy will warn the user that he or she is requesting a website that is categorized as blocked by Cyan Secure List, however it will enable the user to unblock the website. Unblocking the website will be logged and the user will be notified that this particular url request is being monitored.
