The new all-in-one appliance hardware solution developed by CYAN Networks is an optimal customised platform that makes the deployment of the SECURE WEB very easy. The appliance includes a complete preinstalled WEB proxy server, as well as a web interface used for configuration of the entire machine. The product can easily be integrated into the already existing infrastructures. The configuration and other operating tasks are done with your favourite web browser, so no knowledge about the integrated operating system is required. 

Our appliance variants meet the requirements of the businesses of different sizes: the desk security solution, DS1 has been designed for small companies with up to 100 Internet users. The RSx solutions: RS4, RS6 and RS8, with a standard rack size, are designed for maximum 1000, 5000 and 10 000 users respectively.

All appliances can be connected together to a fault tolerant and load balanced cluster to offer high availability and scale according to your needs.

Zero Conf Technology

All SECURE WEB appliances include the “zero conf technology�. Due to this technology the entire configuration of the system is saved to an integrated SD card. In case that an appliance should be replaced by a new one, the server swap can quickly be done by just inserting the old SD card into the new system. The new machine will restore all the settings and the operation can continue seamlessly by using the new appliance hardware.

Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR)

The Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) service is an extra service that CYAN Networks offers to its customers for a quick replacement of their defect system with the new one. The replacement unit shall be sent to your location within the next business day.

High Availability & Load Balancing

All appliances can be connected together to create a load balancing cluster. The first two nodes are set up for fault tolerance to provide high availability. The set up is in active/active mode so that the load balancing can be applied already with two nodes. Any number of machines can be added to scale according to the needs of your environment.
